2. Eligibility

- We make every effort to display our products, including colors, materials, and personalization options, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen display settings, printing methods, or the handmade/customized nature of certain items.
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, limit, or modify any product at any time without prior notice.
- Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
4. Orders and Confirmation
Shopping with us follows these steps:
- Add to Cart – Select and, where applicable, customize your desired product(s).
- Checkout – Provide accurate personal and delivery information.
- Confirmation – We will confirm your order through Facebook or Instagram, or via the email/contact details you provided.
- Payment & Fulfillment – Once payment is confirmed, we prepare and send out your order. As a token of appreciation, orders may include a random surprise gift from Chuchay.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized or unauthorized reseller activity, errors in pricing or product information, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will provide a refund or store credit, at your option, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Personalized and Customized Items
- Many of our products are made-to-order or personalized based on details, text, images, or preferences you provide. Please review all personalization details (spelling, names, dates, colors, images, etc.) carefully before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for errors in information supplied by you.
- Once production has started on a personalized item, the order generally cannot be changed or cancelled. We will inform you if this applies to your specific order.
- Because personalized and made-to-order items are created specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the confirmed order details due to our error.
- Minor variations in color, size, print placement, or finish inherent to handcrafted or printed goods are not considered defects.
6. Payment
- We accept payment methods as communicated to you during checkout or order confirmation (via our website checkout or through our official Facebook/Instagram pages).
- Full or partial payment (as applicable) must be received before an order is processed and shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You are responsible for ensuring that payment details and proof of payment provided to us are accurate and legitimate. We reserve the right to withhold processing of any order until payment is verified.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- We currently ship within the Philippines, unless otherwise indicated at checkout or agreed with you directly.
- Free shipping applies to orders totaling above ₱2,999, as indicated on our website. This promotion may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. Please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate; we are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of many of our products, all sales are generally final, except as set out below.
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at chuchaygiftshop@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order, together with your order details and photos of the item received.
- Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, incorrect sizing (where size was confirmed by you), or minor natural variations described in Section 5.4.

- All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, logos, illustrations, product photography, the "Chuchay," "Boss Momoy," and "Danielle" names and characters, and site text — is the property of Chuchay Gift Shop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
